A small bridge over a river in bright daylight. An army truck is driving across the bridge. A big slimy alien with long tentacles grabs the truck and holds it tight. On the other end of the bridge, a soldier stands ready with a rocket launcher. Sounds: loud truck engine, creaking bridge, alien hissing, people shouting. Shot 1 (0–3s) — THE HOOK: The alien's tentacles wrap around the truck, pulling it back. The truck shakes hard. The driver is scared and shouts on his radio: "IT WON'T LET GO!" Shot 2 (3–6s): At the other end of the bridge, the soldier holds his rocket launcher ready. He watches but doesn't shoot yet — the truck is too close. He says on the radio: "Drive to me! Fast!" Shot 3 (6–9s): The driver pushes hard on the gas. The truck breaks free from the tentacles and drives fast past the soldier. The alien lets go of the truck and slides onto the open bridge behind them. Now it is all alone out in the open. Shot 4 (9–13s) — BIG SLOW MOMENT: The alien is out in the open on the bridge now. The soldier fires his rocket launcher. We see it slow — smoke comes out of the launcher, and the rocket flies straight at the alien. Shot 5 (13–15s): Everything goes back to normal speed. BOOM! A big blast of fire covers the bridge where the alien was. The truck is safe on the other side. The driver looks back, happy and safe. Smoke rises over the river. Cut.
